The African American gentleman who takes orders needs to be more articulate and not use slang. This is where Starbucks, Clutch and so many others will not make exceptions when hiring because it's so important when reciting a coffee order. The young lady who ran our food out to our car was EXCEPTIONAL! Hashbrowns were very soggy and the croissants were extremely overcooked. Not the best experience, but DD is not considered the gold standard as it pertains to coffee/breakfast...

I go to this Dunkin’ everyday. The girls in there really do try their hardest to make sure everything’s right. If they don’t have something, they will save the ticket until they do, or will offer to replace it with something else. They’re always sweet.

Although the Green Goddess wrap is not available at this location, the other wrap with chicken was a great substitute. It tasted really good. The staff were very nice as I came to this location twice this week. My food and coffee was hot and tasted really good. I read the other reviews and hope the food and supplies can be replenished to accommodate the orders requested, but I still had a positive experience.
