Went here this past weekend and instead of serving southern comfort food they served discrimination because of a shirt I was wearing (which is my constitutional right to wear) as a former restaurant manager that was unprofessional and unethical I don't know how the owner lets their employees talk to customers like that when we went there to spend our money, I like to support local/small businessses but I won't be coming back to this place I'll just go and support a corporate restaurant instead I gave 2 stars for effort because the food was good other than that the employee who discriminated me for my shirt needs to be retrained on customer service skills and relearn the 1st Amendment Rights of the Constitution

It was expensive for a burger place. we only had burgers except for the kids' meal. If we had bought fries and drinks, it would have been around 15 dollars per person. There is no combo option for other meals

Parking: Lots of open parking behind the building.
Kid-friendliness: It’s crowded, and small, but very kid-friendly. The outside pavilion and picnic tables are a big win on good weather days!
I paid $8 for the double cheeseburger with bacon. I had to pay a separate side order for the nine tater tots for $ 3.59. save your money and go somewhere else

I had called and made a pick up order. I went to pick up the order and by the time I got home I realized there was a whole sandwich missing. That was my husbands dinner. I called Burger Basket back to let them know that I was missing a sandwich. I could hear the lady in the back ground confirming the sandwich I was missing then she swore she put it in my bag. When the lady on the phone asked her if maybe she placed it in a different bag I hear the woman respond with "NO I did not. I know what I did with it!". The lady comes back to the phone and said they will have it fixed by the time I got back. I had to leave my dinner getting cold and not to mention it just started pouring rain. When I got back to Burger Basket I walked through the doors and before I could say anything the Woman slammed my sandwich on the counter and before I could say thank you, because I am polite, the woman walked away. How rude! If anyone has the right to be upset it should be me. But that's not all. I got home to find out the sandwich wasn't even made right. It was fried when it should have been grilled. I fully believe the woman did that on purpose. My husband doesn't eat fried so he eventually had to find something else. I just think the world should know that this place really treats their customers with disrespect. Especially when it's their mess up and you call them out on it. I will NEVER give this place another dime of my money.

This was a neat little down home burger spot to eat at for lunch while I was in the area for Miatas with the Gap. The folks were super friendly and the food was really tasty. I enjoyed a delicious double burger (w/o a bun) and it was quite tasty. The fries were very good as well. Service was great and the people were really friendly.
