Employees were rude. Food was disgusting. The fries were cold. The workers were just standing around and just all out rude.

Early morning travel day and decided to give Hardee's biscuit breakfast sandwich a try. Wow, the biscuits were buttery warm and fluffy. Not what I expected. We just found a new stop for early breakfast when on the raod. Hopefully all Hardee's have the same quality as this on. Kudos! Hardee's I am fan!

Clean and good food.
Hospitality is major in the restaurant business. However there are rude children running the store, because the manager was not on the floor. After waiting five minutes patiently, and being looked at by three employees. I asked if someone could please take our order. The rude young lady, that I thought was a boy, called me impatient and made a snide remark. Then she proceeded to call me "bruh". The food was good, but the fries were too salty. The young lady needs some hospitality training.

this is how every fast food chain should operate and I am never disappointed when I go there. If I do drive thru I always get thru the line quickly with never one problem correctly getting what I ordered. I have a pet peeve about not receiving napkins or a straw as I feel these are necessary to a meal and should not have to ask for them and allot of fast food places forget to put them in my bag regularly. NOT HARDEES! I've never had to ask for napkins but if I do have to ask for anything else the employees are ALWAYS FRIENDLY and helpful. Same service if I go inside to eat and Very clean always. You just can't get decent food with excellent service AND a clean restaurant 100% of the time unless you have a good manager that knows what they're doing but obviously Hardees in Andrews has an excellent manager and crew. I give them a 10/10 rating all day. High five! ✋

I can't really comment on the food or service. When I went to the bathroom the urinal was overflowing on to the floor with urine everywhere. I thought that was a good time to leave.

PLEASE check you bag/order and make sure it is all correct. All three times I've convinced myself it was a good idea to eat here, my order has been incorrect. Yesterday, during my last visit, my order was incorrect and when I got my food back after trying to get it remedied, I was missing half of it. Tried for the second time to get it fixed again, and it was STILL incorrect. The place is apparently cursed. I doubt I will eat here again anytime soon.

The last straw
I am a local in the area and I have visited the Hardee’s for years. Ever since the pandemic the quality of the food past breakfast hours has severely plummeted. The breakfast is awesome don’t get me wrong, but the lunch is an atrocity. The milkshakes are slopped into a cup with no whipped cream, the chicken tenders seem like they’ve been cooked in a fryer for 7 hours, and the workers genuinely don’t care for the quality of the product. It has gotten to the point where I skip the entire town of Andrews and spend my earnings in Murphy because Murphy has a Walmart and much better food. The saddest aspect about Andrews is that it used to be a town of commerce and fun activities.. now all of the good food places are closed down and there are bars around every corner with drunkards all over the place. Conclusion: if your a compulsive alcoholic visit Andrews, if you want a good bite to eat, go to Murphy

We came in, sat down and used the mobile app to order. It seemed as if our order was of no importance while we watched customer after customer come in, order, get their food and sit down to eat. Some even finished their meal, while we still waited. After nearly 30min of waiting and getting sick of seeing others being served, I went to the counter and waited for an employee to come to me and asked the person if we were ever going to get our food. He asked for the name on my order, and about 10min later, we finally got our food, most of which was barely even warm since I sat at my table and watched as it sat on a counter (in front) of the heater. No heartfelt apology given. No comps for the wait....nothing. Never coming back here to this location.
