On 2/23/24, I placed an order at this Domino’s store. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery driver brought only one of the three drinks I had purchased. When I informed him of the missing items, he responded rudely, suggesting that I go to the store and pick them up myself. Keep in mind that this order was for lunch, intended to feed three people working from home.Rather than accepting his suggestion, I insisted that he rectify the situation. He mumbled something and reluctantly agreed to return with the missing items, after warning me it would "be a long while." By the time he came back, the food was cold. To make matters worse, when he handed the drinks to my wife, he did so with unnecessary force, basically throwing them at her and had a terrible attitude.Frustrated, we contacted the store and spoke to a representative who also lives on my street. She apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that the cost of the meal would be reimbursed. However, she explained that the credit would be stored at the store level, and if we wanted to use it in the future, we’d need to call in.Fast forward to this tonight, 3-18-24 around 8 PM. After three unsuccessful attempts (each call lasting about 3 minutes), I finally spoke to a manager named Cage. Her voice was barely audible, but her rudeness was crystal clear. She claimed there was no credit on our account and refused to address the issue. Despite explaining the situation and mentioning the employee who promised the reimbursement, she dismissed me, suggesting I call corporate. She then slammed the phone down before I could finish speaking.I did call corporate (at the number she provided, 1-800-DOMINOS), but it was an exercise in futility. Their system doesn’t allow direct communication, and the automated response merely referred me back to the store.Domino’s, you need to address the ongoing issues at this location. Its terrible reputation in our area persists, and it’s disheartening to see how little has changed over the years.

On February 23rd, we placed an order at this location, only to be met with sheer incompetence and disrespect. The pizza arrived incorrect, and to add insult to injury, the drinks were missing. When we dared to point out the glaring errors to the delivery driver, he callously suggested we fetch the missing items ourselves. Eventually, he grudgingly returned with the drinks, tossing them our way without a shred of decency.In our frustration, we contacted the store to address the abysmal service we had endured. To our relief, the person we spoke to was at least courteous, offering a store credit as compensation. Fast forward to today, where our patience was further tested. After countless attempts to reach the manager, Kage (or whatever her name is), we were finally connected. But instead of rectifying the situation, she unleashed a torrent of rudeness that left us speechless. Not only did she deny the existence of any credit, but she also dismissed our grievances with callous disregard.The sheer audacity of this woman's attitude undoubtedly poisons the atmosphere of this establishment. It's no wonder they struggle to retain staff, frequently close their doors, and consistently fail to deliver even the most basic level of service.If Domino's continues to entrust their reputation to individuals of this caliber, I fear they'll soon find themselves out of business. We vow never to set foot in this store again, and we've made sure corporate is well aware of the disgraceful conduct of their so-called manager.

I placed an order for takeout pizza, and it took them over fifty minutes to process it. When I arrived, the pizza base was so thin that it had broken, necessitating a redo, which added to the wait time of ten minutes. Given how little toppings there were on the pizza, I was a little let down. I have no concerns about the staff; they were kind and friendly, but I think they ought to serve the greatest food instead of merely average.Vegetarian options: Choose the vegetarian toppings on the pizza

Placed order at 6:08pm with a ready time of 6:30. Over an hour and the 3 medium pizzas still not ready. Plenty of staff. They were slow moving and no sense of urgency. Called and went back two times and the woman at the front counter simply said "we have a lot of orders before yours". Well??? How does that affect me when the counter woman told me to come back TWICE with apparently unrealistic times. Then I asked for any kind of discount for such a wait. The woman said "nope. You don't." And turned around. I asked for the manager or whoever was there. Some young punk guy said "you can call and complain but I'll be the one you talk to at 1-800 dominos". I'll be calling the actual corporate to get their attitudes straight.

I ordered online carside delivery. The time from order to ready was fine. However, I followed the instructions and waited outside for 5 minutes, no one came. I finally had to go in and get it myself. The person I spoke to wasn't even apologetic. I won't order from here again.

Sorry there wasn’t an option to give 0 stars. Unreliable and still waiting for my delivery now on 2 hours. Tracker is also unreliable. Tracker maxed out on time after a hour and half. Tried calling the store and they answer and hang up after 1 ring. Also can’t cancel your order on the app so don’t waste your time.

I can never call in to place, change, it cancel orders. It’s awful to have to turn the driver away. The phone don’t work.

Ordered online ahead of time still had to wait 30 minutes for them to make a cheese pizza because they messed up the first one. Got a sandwich had to turn around and go back because I wouldn't have even had fed it to my dog. No meat and what cheese was on it was burnt. Employees not wearing gloves while watched one wipe his nose on the back of his hand while boxing someone's Pizza. Employees standing around playing while I watched another customer who had to go behind the counter to grab his food off the rack himself. As I was leaving witnessed other customers coming back because their orders where wrong. Will not be back.

If I could give no stars I would. Food was okay. The service was horrible. I made my order online for pickup because the app said they would not deliver to my address. I get there and they said they did deliver to my address. I was told they did not have the sodas I ordered so I asked to have them refunded. The guy said he had to refund my original order and then I had to pay again for the order without the sodas. I don't understand why they could not have just refunded my three bucks. So he said he refunded my order and charged my card again. Afterward I get home and I had two charges and no refund. So they took $90 from my account for two orders which took money out of my account and I did not get a refund. I called the next day to make sure the charges were going to drop off. The charges stayed on for three days and there was never a refund, I called again and was told I would have to wait to see if it cleared off. Finally only one charge came up and it was for more than my original order. I just left the six additional dollars alone because it wasn't worth the time and energy to TRY to get it fixed. This is the second time they have messed up with what they charged me. I will never go back because they stealing money, even if it was only $6, if they did it to everyone it would add up.

Omg its been 2 hours, our food is still mot here!!! When ordering it said 33 minutes. I called the store 3x and no answer!! All I have to go by is thier tracker and only now says waiting for delivery! I wish the app said 2 hours not 33 mins!! This is rediculous!
