“One thing about business that I know of as an executive assistant is customer service is & should be a top priority. Karli who is always at the drive thru has ALWAYS succeeded in that. Though it’s just a drink, her customer service is exceptional & GENUINE. We are practically on a first name basis & she always knows exactly what I want. She could be having a bad day, or a great day & still, she smiles through & delivers. Everyone I’ve had an interaction here has been great but Karli is my fav. Someone I would even be friends with outside of her workplace! I went in 10 minutes before they closed and apologized and he was so sweet about the situation, letting me know repeatedly it wasn’t an issue. “It's not bad. I got a drink level 2.My 2 daughters got something too.I paid quiet a bit and I wouldn't have minded the price.. the only problem I had was the amount of ice they put in the drink. I had like 3 big gulps and it was gone. So if you're a first timer like I was and didn't know how much ice they put in.... ask for light ice lol“
“I accidentally came today not realizing they were closed after I had a long shift and wanted three açaí bowls for my family, I did not expect them to make anything for me of course but even though they were closed the owner/manager decided to make them for me anyways! They were so sweet and I really appreciated the kind gesture, it truly made my day!“

“Husband and I purchased shakes today. I really enjoyed mine. We are big herbal life fans, so we were excited to find the shop. The only suggestion I would have is to use real fruits when possible. That made a heck of a difference in the shakes we had in KY.“
