“Had a get 1 free drink offer from an online promotion so decided to go for soda box on a hot afternoon. Surprisingly they do not have an app that i could use to order. But going in the store they had a very nice and photogenic insta wall where we can take pictures. The concept is basically to jazz up any of the soda fountain drinks with any toppings you like. I got the beachy bear with lemonade and without the whipped cream. It was super refreshing and fresh and loved it! The servers were knowledgeable and helped me understand what exactly the offerings were. Definitely a unique try!“

“I’m saying “yes” I would recommend in hopes they will get better. The girls where you order were very friendly and took our order correctly. We received our coffees, one wrong (cream was added but not requested), one right. We can deal with that. Our food order got lost and they had to remake but on the 3rd try we just took the wrong items because we were convinced it would never be right. Great location but please have more attention to details and get the customers orders correct.“

Despite my cold brew being over filled to the point coffee was all over the lid (before the straw was even put in) there wasn’t much flavor! Also i wasn’t a huge fan of the cold brew- the coffee tasted like it was burnt. I’m not a huge fan of sweet drinks but this drink just tasted like cold brew. I was looking for at least some sweetness.By the way.. I had a baby on my waist.. which the barista acknowledged.. overfilling my drink made me spill coffee all down the middle of my shirt + got all in the charger port of my phone. Despite having 40+ grams of protein, the smoothies taste good without the lingering 'protein taste' that other protein shakes have. “I've been going here for acaii bowls for years but was pretty disappointed by the level of service I experienced today. I went about a half hour before 3PM & they were out of strawberries, which was a bit of a bummer, but fair since it was a half hour before closing. The girl working there asked if I wanted to sub anything else in instead, I chose blueberries from the list she gave me. Then she rang me up & the medium Surfs Up bowl is normally $13.53 but it came out to be $14.03 which I was confused about later. Is it extra for the blueberries? Why wasn't I informed if that's the case since I'd only chosen them as a substitute for the strawberries they were out of? Then the bowl she'd handed to me had a big slab of honey dripping down the side of it which I didn't notice until I was back in my car & by that point a bunch of it had already gotten on my fingers from holding the bowl which then got on the interior of my car. I needed to drive home one handed with my other hand holding the bowl to prevent the honey from getting on the seat & other parts of my car. Just not a good experience overall.
