The food here is amazing. The service is not. I went here twice because the biscuits were that good but each time the service was lackluster. The staff at the coffee shop weren’t super friendly and seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there for both visits. They also seemed to have a hard time listening to orders as my drink was made incorrectly 2 times. The drinks were also very bland tasting. On a recent trip to Durham, NC I had the opportunity to visit Morning Ritual for my morning coffee. I like to support local and small coffee shops, this fit the bill. The service was friendly, the coffee was great, and they had a nice area outside to enjoy your coffee and breakfast. In addition to great coffee, I ordered the biscuit board to go, and it was delightful. Warm biscuits with Strawberry Butter! Next time I am in town, I will be back!

Really good latte! I went in without reading reviews and asked the kid working what he recommended. He made me a caramel latte with half and half and it was great. Had me in and out quick too which I appreciated!
