normally great, but prime rib special for Valentine's day was the worst excuse for prime rib is have ever had. Ask for medium rare and got well done! waitress said they all were medium to well done. they actually grilled the prime rib for some reason. This is the only bad meal we have ever had.
First time here and everything was delicious! I knew it had to be a great place as the parking lot was full! Highly recommend the Bang Bang Shrimp!
We have eaten here several times and as usual they do not disappoint!
In 2018 our son and DIL got married here, we’ve eaten here a couple times before that, and since then a few more times. We recently moved even closer and Lane Gregory and his staff never disappoint! The service has been impeccable! The food is fabulous! Thank you for giving us a place to enjoy such great service and great food!

Lane's Seafood and Steak House is a cozy yet refined restaurant known for its friendly and accommodating staff. The menu showcases fresh seafood options, including flounder and fried shrimp, which are cooked to perfection with a light, crispy, and seasoned bread coating. Sides like steaming hot potatoes and white slaw with a hint of pickle and pepper complement the seafood well. Diners can enjoy a large combo featuring fried flounder, oysters, shrimp, and scallops, providing plenty of food for two. A basket of hushpuppies served with butter, tartar, and cocktail sauce adds to the experience. The focus on fresh ingredients and the warm, old southern atmosphere create a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is family-owned, with the owner personally checking on tables, which adds a special touch. Visitors often appreciate beautifully cooked steaks, such as the 10oz ribeye, served with garlic bread and well-seasoned grilled shrimp. The restaurant is also noted for its wonderful views and has wheelchair access for those in need. While recent reviews mention an issue with the prime rib special being overcooked, this is unusual for the otherwise high-quality meals. Overall, Lane's Seafood and Steak House provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, making it a great dining destination for those seeking fresh seafood and well-prepared steaks. It is definitely worth the trip, as many customers have found it to be one of their favorite places.
