Disappointing customer service.

The person taking orders seemed least bothered about helping customers. When I asked what starters were available, I was told to read the menu board myself. Unfortunately, the board was in a dark area and many of the items had been rubbed off and were difficult to read. Even then, there was little effort to explain the options or help me place an order. A more customer-friendly approach would have made a big difference.

Sadly I was the only person that time, no crowd, just me.

We’ve ordered from Angadi a few times before, but this time the experience was not good. After eating the food, we ended up with stomach ache and diarrhea. The onions and vegetables in the Indo-Chinese dish tasted quite sour, almost like they weren’t fresh, and the biryani rice was very dry and seemed old. Not writing this to bash the business, just sharing honest feedback and hoping the owner pays a little more attention to food freshness. A lot of families, including kids, eat here, so fresh ingredients really matter.

Very disappointing experience. I specifically requested **less spicy food**, but the entire order was extremely spicy and overly salty. It felt like my instructions were completely ignored.

I ordered the **biryani, shawarma, and dosa**, and all three dishes were heavily seasoned to the point that it was difficult to enjoy the meal. The spice level was far beyond what was requested and the salt was overwhelming.

If customers take the time to provide special instructions, the restaurant should pay attention to them. Unfortunately, this meal was not edible for me and could only be enjoyed by someone who prefers very spicy food.

Would not order again unless there is better attention to customer requests.

Too worst service, we ordered 2 items and it's took almost an hour, after some time of waiting we requested for the cancelation but they said its not possible.
When coming food, it's decent but the chutney is spoiled one so we disappointed

Despite specifically requesting mild spice, the food consistently came out very spicy — it seems the kitchen doesn’t accommodate heat preferences at all. The wait time was also unreasonably long. Unfortunately, these issues have put me off from returning to Angadi food truck in Apex.

I understand that the staff member needed some time to take my order, as he was attending to other customers over the phone, which is reasonable. However, as this is a food truck, I expected the pricing to be more aligned with the portion size and overall quality of the food.

This was my second visit to a food truck in the Apex area. On this occasion, I ordered Chicken Vijayawada Biryani, which cost $16.81 including tax. In my view, this price point is quite high for what was offered. On a previous visit, I ordered a curry leaf chicken appetizer; the portion size was small, and the chicken texture was tough and rubbery, despite costing $16.

In comparison, one of the best takeout order experiences I’ve had in the Raleigh area is at Inis Kitchen. Their dum biryani is priced at $9.99, and other chicken biryani options are around $13.99, with noticeably better taste and value.

I would strongly encourage the food truck operator to better understand customer expectations around pricing, portion size, and quality.

That was terrible! I waited 40 minutes for a single item to be delivered, and by the time it arrived, my hunger had completely disappeared!!! Next time, tell the customers the wait time . Anyways might not come the next time!!!

Ordered chilli chicken and it was too tangy as if made heavily with tomato sauce.

I recently visited this food truck and had a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and well-prepared.

The service was quick and friendly. The staff were welcoming and made sure everything was just right.

Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion size. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a quick and tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good street food!
