I came here for a quick bite with the kids. We ordered a few premade slices, hoping that it'd be a quick reheat in the oven but the pizza took a lot longer to come out than I had hoped, more in line with a entrée made to order. Service was a bit spotty as well and the price per slice of pizza with tips and taxes was quite high. However, the most important thing was that the pizza tasted good, and this turned out to be quite decent. Each slice had a generous amount of toppings, and the base was sturdy enough to hold it all, although the pizza was a bit dry, having been reheated. I'll come back in the future, perhaps with tempered expectations.

A charming little neighborhood restaurant with the most patient, friendly, service for our family. The kids played with a wide selection of old metal matchbox type vehicles. There is a cute little bar that seats maybe 6 people. My slice of Sicilian was crispy and tasty and I even had leftovers to take home. I like the fresh tasting sauce for pasta and wanted to take the extra home, that's how I learned more about their service. The aluminum pan was heavier than I expected, and since I picked it up with just one hand, it folded up and spilled out - hitting 2 of our tables and dripping through the crack to the floor. EMBARRASSING! But I inquired, and I am permitted to return in the future!

Best calzone in North Carolina, hands down. Cheese for days! The pizza and the garlic knots were also fantastic. Laid back staff who know what they're doing, a refreshing treat.

Long time customers but we have been continuously disappointed with Anna’s Pizzeria over the last two years. After our last visit we will no longer dine here.Extremely rude waitress (older lady) was more interested in serving alcohol to her friends sitting at the bar. Makes me wonder if she was giving them free drinks under the radar. She was also talking badly about the owner.Food at Anna’s Pizzeria has gotten less fresh and is more generic now. Soggy and sour seems to be their flavor. Didn’t use to be that way but are watering down sauces and using cheaper quality ingredients. Plus don’t seem to be cooking all the dishes thoroughly so echo other reviews who say they got sick. Wake County Board of Health needs to do surprise inspection.Worst part is they seem to have an issue with people who don’t look like them. So echo other reviews who state this. I suggest that the NAACP and some other groups should look into this place.Sad to see an Apex landmark fall so far. No go zone. Totally disgusted with Anna’s Pizzeria in Apex.

Everything about Anna's is fantastic! We were just visiting Apex for the weekend, but the restaurant was packed the entire time. We stopped in for take away. We had a Stromboli and a Philly, which we'd rate 100 stars if we could. We'll definitely be back!!

Small cozy pizza place. Food was great. The spicy Chicken pizza is excellent. I got a cannoli to go and it was fabulous! A bit confusing when you come in as there was not a sign saying “grab a seat and we will be right with you”

I've lived all over the world and traveled to many places. When it comes to pizza I prefer the NY style from my time in Brooklyn. Living in north carolina for a long as I have I have encountered many great tasting pizzas but none quite like this. This pizza tastes liked I took a flight to the 718 and sat down for a slice. This is authentic NY pizza by the slice and I haven't even tried a whole pie yet. I'm telling everyone I know I'm to go here for pizza. THIS IS THE MOST EXCELLENT PIZZA IN THE ENTIRE 919 AREA CODE. No offense to anyone else, if this place happens to be closed will be the only reason I go anywhere else for pizza. Great job. Not to mention the quick service and no hassle ordering. I called and placed an order and the cashier knew it was me without me even saying a word. I wanted to tip but times is hard out here so instead I'm bringing a bunch of coworkers tomorrow lol. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
