We've been buying cakes from A Taste of Brooklyn ever since they opened. Kim makes the best buttercream that I've ever had and her cake flavors are unique and absolutely delicious. She's very responsive and is excellent at designing your cake exactly how you want. This will always be our "go to" bakery!
I ordered a “just because..” cake after seeing their cute 6” Valentine’s cakes on Instagram. The cake (strawberry with strawberry buttercream) was perfect! I think the cake may have even cured my seasonal depression. It was that good and so damn cute with the vintage decorating style! If you value quality ingredients, artistry with cake as the medium, and a kind staff, you’ll treat yourself to a “just because..” cake too!

Had the most incredible looking and tasting cake made and brought to a friend's birthday party, from a Taste of Brooklyn! She's super into sloths and David Bowie, so, we made a very off the wall request to the bakers here, and they absolutely nailed it.
