The place was clean, the people were nice as they welcomed me to Arby’s when I came in. I could see very few staff but they were working hard to get the orders out. The food was good. Let’s face it, there are so many places short handed because people don’t want to work. I appreciate them being opened and working hard to serve the public.
Very poor service, took forever to get served & get my food. Cashier very lost & did not need to being in that position
I was told by a "manager" (RUDELY) that the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich could not be cut in half 😂
I live in Texas. I have had this sandwich at least 10 times this year (I know, it's ridiculous) and I have had it cut EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Can I cut it myself? Definitely. Is this manager a jerk? DEFINITELY.
