A family-type restaurant. The food was abundant, and good, lots to take home. The seafood dishes were super fresh. The noise level was quite high, and the service was OK -- a couple of mistakes quickly fixed. Not fine dining, but good for a group if none of you have hearing problems!

We took our grands for dinner, and Daniel's fit the bill perfectly! Troy served and was very good. The spaghetti with meatballs were a multiple hit, and we also enjoyed the eggplant rollatini (was not as hot as it should be, but still tasty). Desserts are out of this world too. Thanks.

We recently had our 60th wedding Anniversary at Daniel's and they did a unbelievable job ! Their party coordinator,Joy, took care of every detail. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about our party. Darren took care of all of the beverages and was on top of his game , as usual. We are long term customers ,yet we were more than satisfied by the way Daniel's staff handled our party.! Thanks again.

OMG, people! This place is the BEST! It's nice with plenty of seating inside and patio, but I didn't use that. They also do take out and cater. I haven't been here in a long time, but I am coming back more often. The M-F lunch specials are great! I like a nice, quiet place to eat and talk with my companions, but I am sure it gets lively during peak eat days. Five stars!

Outstanding restaurant with fantastic service and wonderful food. Best Italian restaurant in North Carolina. I had the Pasta Primavera with chicken and it was amazing.

We have been patrons of Daniel’s for the past 25 years, usually ordering from them at least twice a month. They have steadily increased their prices especially the last few years and the food quality has gone down but we continued to support them. Starting in May they are now adding a 10% surcharge to all food and drinks and also charge tax on the surcharge. This just adds to their already high prices. We will not be back until the surcharge is dropped. If we as customers let businesses get away with these ridiculous charges, it will not only continue but will increase and they will just add more bogus fees while also increasing prices.

We celebrated my father’s 86th birthday tonight and the service, food and ambiance were wonderful. Our server, Patrick, was attentive, polite and smoothly navigated splitting our check and secretly bringing cake out for our celebration. His service was thoughtful. The food was delicious. It can be difficult finding a restaurant that meets everyone’s needs and Daniel’s was a great choice.

This is not the place to good for upscale or innovative Italian dishes, but it does a great job with all the classics. There's a large selection of pasta and wine. Service is friendly and prices are reasonable.

I was visiting my Dad and Step-mom and we were recommend to Daniel's, food was excellent! My Dad best veal marsala he ever ate. Step-mom said her food was great! 1st off the waiter mixed my Dad and my drinks up but no biggie. We all got salads, she and I had the Greek and he the wedge. Big enough to be our entrees, very delicious. Than he brought our meals mine was incorrect I ordered the chicken and mushroom marsala in a cream sauce with tomatoes and fried onions. He brought me the regular chicken marsala (that I corrected him about when we were ordering) but I kept it because it was busy and it was very good. We ordered dessert and he didn't bring mine, when we asked where my chocolate cream pie was he said sorry I'll be back with it, he came back and asked if I asked for a different pie so I corrected him again. When he finally came with mine they were done so I got a box and took mine home. Because the food was so good we didn't complain. Would definitely return.

Well as you walk into this restaurant it’s a little bit dim and a little bit older but I’ll tell you the pizza is a 10 perfect crust perfect cheese cooked perfectly. I’m from New York and I do know pizza 🍕 and the food. The veal Parmesan was a hit. Fettuccine Alfredo was on point. The food was delicious. The service was OK but they don’t really come around to ask you if you need something but all in all I give it a 8 my boys loved it and my mom. I took her out for dinner. Had a nice time.will be back

We walked in and were not greeted at all. Seems like we were interrupting a conversation between co workers. There was a wet rag on a table which was pretty gross. The 95% cleanliness score posted on the wall was a bit of a clue. Received bread and red sauce, which was not worth the calories.
The pizza was very salty and nothing to rave about.
Huge disappointment. Will not return.

Delicious food. Service can be a little slow, but a great choice for a relaxing meal. Be sure to make a reservation and have the chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert!

I’ve eaten in a few Italian restaurants but this one, the food doesn’t taste authentic. The mushroom tasted like it was sitting in an exhaust pipe to cook, the Ziti was almost tasteless, the bread was good. Food gave me the runs. People were nice though. Sauce on Caesar salad was watery.
