While the breakfast biscuits are very good, the burgers are always, always cold. They prepare the burger patties well in advance and they are always cold and dry. This is a shame because they have a good quality of burger but if it's cold there is no help for it.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews on fast food because my expectations are already pretty low, but this was truly a terrible experience. Ordered the new grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. Literally cold cheese on uncooked bread. Did they just forget to cook my sandwich? Cooking the food should at least be the minimum!

So mobile ordering is down due to the AWS issue. Could not access my rewards and discounts and the store told me that was not their problem and if I can't get the app to work then they were not going to help. I left and went down the road to Chickafila. I would say 75% of the time the oil is tainted and disgusting at this location anyway.

Kids run this place , worst nasty burger I have ever had , black burnt stale beef patties , old flaky stale buns , the burger was a wreck , I think I paid around 10 bucks for this disgusting mistake of a burger - beware, keep on driving by
EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE! stopped to get some food for me and my kids. I asked if they had a kids meal which most Hardee’s do. The man rudely said we don’t have one. So I order a 5 piece chick strip to split between 2 kids. As I pulled up to the window I hear someone inside screaming “well I’d she had a kid big enough to eat a 5 piece she don’t need no kids menu!” Honestly there was no reason to be that rude. I was getting a bigger meal to split with 2 small children because they didn’t have a kids menu….

I pass by every day. Today I decided to get a shake there because Costco was all out of their soft-serve ice cream. My son just had oral surgery and needed something cold and soft to eat. He doesn't like whipped cream so I asked to get without. When she handed it to me the cup was only 3/4 full not including the plastic cover that usually would hold the whipped cream. I asked her to fill it all the way. She said they are premade that way! What?! So much for where it says on their sign hand scoop ice cream! As if that wasn't disappointing enough, when my son got to the bottom of the shake, a piece of BROKEN PLASTIC was in it!!! 🤢 I called and told them about it and they just casually said sorry about that and said I could come by and get another one. Why would I ever want food from there when there was debris in the food? Probably never going back.
