Well when I went in today to retrieve my points the lady that was dressing up my #9 sub asked me what I wanted on it so I told her in which she didn't hear me at all. I told her lettuce mayo oil and salt and she decides to put tomatoes on my sub and in which I don't eat that and when I said something she basically said he didn't hear me that well and so she then decides to not put my bacon nor mayo on the sub and all she kept doing was apologizing for the tomatoes and she forgot everything else I said I wanted. And to be honest the manager was standing there not saying nothing. Now keep in mind I told her no tomatoes and I didn't say I want a dry sub and that is what got. So I tried to call back when I got home but the manager was not nice at all and basically said that what got is what I asked for and that to me is very rude. He did say he was gonna give me my points back but I don't think that is gonna happen but all I can do is suck it up. Smh.... so he did give them back but not all my points and that is hwy robbery

I have only visited this location once since moving to Apex, because I had rewards points for a free item. I ordered a #13 minus salamis d other items (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, & mayo). I added bacon, spicy brown mustard, light vinegar, and light oil.

I received #13 drenched literally in vinegar, oil, lettuce, tomato, no spicy brown mustard, and a tiny piece of bacon. Mind you there is an extra charge for bacon. I tried my best to eat the disgustingly soaked sandwich since it was my dinner for the night. But trying to do so was making me nauseous - so I opted for trashing it and going to bed without dinner.

The only plus is due to using my rewards points - I was only out of $2.01 and my rewards points.

An older lady that was slicing the bread and meat and was VERY rude and extremely rude to the young workers. A couple behind us left due to her rudeness. We love Jersey Mike's but will drive further to go to another location next time! She also sliced the cheese and meats so thin you could see through them......

First time at this location. Ordered my usual Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak and was very disappointed. The chicken was over chopped so had many tiny bits and pieces of meat that were too small to chew. Had to keep spitting them out like an annoying popcorn kernel. The green peppers were undercooked and crunchier then I prefer. Did not finish eating. It’s a good thing this was my free redemption but still 72 points wasted.

If you want your food made right you have to go in store. They constantly mess up the online orders. Another thing, the service varies based on who is working, sometimes it’s amazing and your sub looks just like it’s advertised, other times it’s horrible and 75% bread with barely any meat or toppings.

Do not order on the app unless you plan to pick up like an hour later. I've been sitting in the store for 20 minutes watching them churn through in store orders and only get a couple of online orders processed in that time.
