Popovers Cafe Reviews
Wow! What a unique coffee experience—AND this from someone from Seattle!! I had AMAZING French press coffee— I am very picky about coffee and this met my coffee standards!! Really impressed!! My first popovers! Had the Lincoln— Gouda cheese and bacon… DELICIOUS and very filling- You get a choice of their specialty jelly, jam or butter honey!! Parking lot out back!! Eat and then shop at the cute shops that are struggling due to the construction!!
My family and I are big fan of Popovers Cafe. The owners Mustafa and Juliette are the sweetest people. Also, the chef is the one who makes delicious bakery. They said they use 1.5 egg in one Popovers and I love that! I can never get enough though. I can eat two in a row easily. Also their jams are the best, my favorite is fig jam. Highly suggested!
Very cute and quaint spot, and service was great despite getting a little busy. Wonderful spot in Apex.

Popovers Cafe is a big fan favorite. The chef makes delicious bakery. They use 1.5 egg in one Popovers. Their jams are the best, with fig jam as a favorite. The setting is beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable seating, natural lighting. They are so sweet with pups, giving treats and water on a hot day.
The team is friendly and welcoming. There is a gluten-free popover, which was great. The coffee was also really good. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and took the time to explain the menu. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy.
They offer to-go, which was a nice surprise. The interior is so cozy though, perfect for a relaxed brunch. The Massimo popover was tasty. The Greek Iced Coffee is so good, similar to a 'double shot on ice' in smooth flavor.
