Scratch Kitchen & Taproom Reviews
1st trip here. Slow service that didn't say they add those disgusting green onions on your appetizer which was not yummy and they didn't offer to remake it.
this will also be my last trip.
We visited today for brunch. While I understand it was a very busy day (Mother’s Day), there’s no excuse for unwelcoming, unfriendly service. Our server, (Kaelyn or something similar) didn’t smile, didn’t say Happy Mother’s Day, thank us for coming —nothing. It took over 20 mins to get our bar drinks. Our food was lukewarm at best. We had to ask for refills of tea/soda twice. First and last visit.
Great food and wonderful server
