I was surprised by how crappy the food was at this place. people mention the salads, but it was one of the most boring salads I ever eaten, although the portion was solid. they are also supposedly famous for the milkshakes, but the flavors are very basic and it didn't taste good at all, as if it was mixed with crushed ice.

overall the environment and the service makes up for it though.

This location is top notch. I've been coming here for several years for lunch at work, and not one time have I been disappointed. Craig and his staff are the best in the game and are always fast, friendly and most helpful. My food is always hot, fresh and delicious. 10 stars!

Its always in and out here which is wonderful! And I just had Patrick bring out my food who blocked the opening of the bag with his hat which is just 1 of the many things that makes me think this specific Zaxbys is a 5 star experience everytime.
