The food quality is always flavorable and consistent. The service is courteous and professional even when the restaurant is busy. I enjoy going there.
The fruit on the oatmeal is not fresh. It's slimy, soaked with preservatives which retain the color but greatly alter the taste and texture. At checkout I was asked about my food and I voiced to the cashier about the fruit. I have been eating at First Watch for 25 +/- years in Naples, FL and expected better than what I received. Very surprised the standards are dropping. I quit eating at the First Watch in Biltmore Village a year ago and was hoping the one in Arden would be better. No consistency in the quality.

So excited to have this wonderful place here in the Asheville/Arden area!! Excellent fresh and wide variety of food selections, very friendly staff, also great to have various seating options! The veggie burger is the best I have ever had here in WNC!! I can't wait to go back!! (Jill was the best ever!!)

Food was all cold...omlette, waffles, your signature bacon...not even slightly warm. All stone cold, but since we were hungry we didn't send it all back. Not sure we will try again, atmosphere is since and the service was fine, but cold food is a big miss.

This is a corporate owned restraunt that is charging $2.50 per bottle. The local restraunts are not charging at all. I understand there has been a hurricane……… but once again First Watch is corporate owned and a bottle of water for $2.50 is price gouging……. You can get an entire case of water at the store for $4.00! Shame on you corporate!

Love first watch in fort myers florida. However, boycott first watch in Asheville. They are ripping off customers by charging $2.50 for water and taking advantage of the situation after the hurricane. None of the local restaurants are Doing it.

Considering the situation that we are in in Western North Carolina because of hurricane Helene, First Watch was wonderful! The food and the service was excellent! This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back again!
