I just want to shout out our waitress, Amanda! She was full of life, extremely attentive in the best way, and you knew she had a wonderful rapport with the staff and customers just by listening and seeing her interact. Thanks Amanda for making a meal on the road an extremely enjoyable one 😊

Coming from Miami, I wasn't very excited to go eat at a Waffle House because back home, every single location seems to be old with bad service and horrible customer service. But let me tell you, we had a fantastic experience here! The restaurant was very clean, the food was good, and our waiter was great. Completely changed my expectations—we really enjoyed our meal!

The Biltmore Park location is a favorite, with a very engaging staff, bottomless coffee, nice mountain views, and quick service. The cook prepares the dishes, such as over-easy eggs, crisp bacon, and blueberry waffles, to perfection. Despite occasional challenges like a leak at the entrance and the A/C not working after ceiling repairs, the staff maintains a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach. Customers often praise the polite employees, delicious food, and consistent meal preparation. The relaxed atmosphere, especially at night, with jukebox music and friendly service from staff like Alton, makes it a great place to enjoy a meal after a movie or any time of day.
