“Had a great Saturday lunch at First Watch in Arden with a group of five. The service was amazing from start to finish, with great attention to detail and a team that really made us feel taken care of.

I started with the Morning Meditation drink with ginger, orange, lemon, and turmeric—it was a refreshing way to kick things off. I ordered the special maple bacon croissant sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The bacon jam was literally oozing out of the sandwich, and I absolutely loved it!

Great food, excellent service, and a really enjoyable experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.“

Wow are we glad. the food was simply amazing. we had Carmel apple pancakes (to die for!), biscuits and sausage gravy, and a chorizo omelet. I also appreciate that they are willing to customize your order to your needs. I ordered the avocado veggie sandwich without cheese and swapped the bread and added cucumbers, which made for a very flavorful and light sandwich. Although a little pricey, I could definitely see myself coming back if I ever wanted a nice, refreshing sandwich!“

“The pancakes are always really good, never had a problem with them. The toast can be a little cold or chewy, same with the sausage but it's not always cold. The staff is kind, definitely no issues there. I definitely like this particular IHOP.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home to Pennsylvania. It was decent service, quick ordering. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. The price you can’t beat either… $16 for 2 people, plus a $4 tip. Very reasonable. Fresh food as well!“
