Atlanta Bread Reviews
When I get my meals to go, I expect to get the food I paid for. I get home only 1 of 2 soups is in the bag. The sandwich was wrong and we were the only people in the store. My wife called back and the manager on duty only said well it was rang up correctly. Great that just confirms in was overcharged for what I received. Absolutely terrible service a the Woodstock location.
Went to the Gainesville location. Manger wouldn’t help the employee at the register (his first day). She was busy taking a catering order. “He can’t keep interrupting her”. . Ordered a turkey sausage with Swiss cheese on a croissant and hot cafe mocha. Got a egg on a croissant the first time it came out. Then I got a turkey sausage, egg on a croissant, no cheese. The mocha was cold. Wasn’t that difficult of an order but the cook couldn’t get it right. Never going back.

Customers frequently praise the staff for their kindness and helpfulness, noting that they go above and beyond to ensure a good experience. One reviewer shared how the staff apologized when a mistake was made with an order and even drove the correct order to their work, showing exceptional customer care. The atmosphere is inviting, spacious, and well-maintained, with a clean interior and plenty of parking. Many enjoy their meals, such as the Cubano panini, which are described as scrumptious and delicious, along with excellent drinks like vanilla latte and tea. The service is quick yet not rushed, and staff suggestions on menu items are appreciated. Several mention that the same friendly employees are often seen, creating a sense of consistency and genuine kindness that stands out compared to other places. Customers also note that the food is always great and the prices are reasonable. While the bread itself is not considered anything special, the overall experience, including the clean bathrooms and roomy interior perfect for private conversations, makes Atlanta Bread a highly recommended spot for lunch or coffee.
