I believe they are underrated for what you get. We usually get a giant cheese steak and a regular #9 and share them and it's a great combination. Their giant cookies are our favorites also. Highly recommend.

The staff there were amazing at the Arden, nc location tonight around 6p.I haven’t ate there in quite some time. One woman helped us to decide on what we were wanting (she also sliced the meat). She was very helpful and kind. A young guy with curly hair rang us up. I wish I had his name to give him a shoutout, but he took the time to make my son’s day. He let him order(I have a disabled son), and it made him feel like a million bucks. I can’t praise him enough for that!!! I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks for being so wonderful! Also, this place has amazing root beer!Kid-friendliness: They were amazing with taking the time to let my son order ( took extra time). It made my son’s day.

Having never eaten at Jersey Mikes- Phillip and his staff are the epitomy of excellence. I ordered just a turkey sub. Ya know keep it simple when it's new. During the conversation Phillip and I had, Phillip insisted I try to Chipotle. The sandwich was amazing y'all. The store is extreamly clean, staff is nice, quick and friendly. Food was amazing! I will be back Phillip and team! Thank you!

Disappointing.Ordered #64. Paid $12 for bread && onions.Never again.
Would have been 5 stars except it's flu season and these guys are touching money and their aprons while wearing food safe gloves without changing gloves or washing their hands in between using the register and working on the next sandwich. I know from experience this isn't Mike's Way, much less safe food handling procedures. I expect more from our local JM. :-(Edit: During my last visit, experiencing even worse disregard for proper hand washing procedures, and reaching out to Pat/Phil and getting no response I will not be returning to any local Jersey Mike's in the foreseeable future. There's plenty of other food options along Airport Road that not only have better sanitation practices but also safer parking lot accomodations... Moe's next door, Sonic across the street, Subway down the road just for a couple examples.Parking: The parking lot has horrible lighting, it makes the entire shopping look closed. No wonder there's never a crowd here in the evening.

Y’all come on 40 minutes to get my food…Four employees and none of them had a clue what they were doing…Ordered a 9 and a 56, they totally forgot to make the 56 I waited and waited and finally got my food. Totally get you are short handed your employees need to learn how to work together it was a totally mess tonight.

The c squad works on Sunday nights. We're in here all the time and it's normally great but Sunday night not so much. We finally asked for a refund and walked out.
