Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant that serves a variety of subs, including the giant cheese steak and regular #9. Their giant cookies are also a popular item. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. However, there have been instances where the quality of the sandwiches may not meet expectations, with one customer finding a hair in their food. Despite this, the restaurant is well-regarded for its value and kid-friendliness, with staff willing to take the time to accommodate special requests.
