Great food, great service. Everyone
I saw wearing masks.
I saw wearing masks.
I went to Moe's at 9:10pm tonight, they close at 10pm. The food bins were pulled back and they were sweeping behind them. There were at least 4 employees there and I get that they want to leave as early as possible after closing, but I don't want to feel like an inconvenience for showing up when the place is still open. They made my daughter's order, but when we got home, she had the wrong order. She could not eat the order given to her. Sloppy.
Definitely my favorite Moe's in Asheville. Somehow the food is always better at this location. And the employees are always great but today (7/25) was especially nice. I made a mistake ordering and they insisted that they remake it so I could have what I want. They were light hearted about it and made sure I didnt feel bad about my mistake! Love it here every time I come!

Moe's Southwest Grill offers a variety of vegetarian options, including tofu, making it a popular choice for many. Some customers find the black beans al dente, and the staff is known for being friendly and efficient, especially during the lunch rush. Although there have been issues with cold food and delivery service in the past, the food is often described as amazing. Recently, a customer praised the easy online ordering process and the excellent communication from Rayne during a contractor appreciation dinner, highlighting the prompt delivery and setup for a reasonable price. However, some regulars have noted changes in the menu, missing items like mushrooms and plain tomatoes that were once favorites. Despite these changes, many continue to enjoy the offerings at Moe's.
