December 12 2024. My wife stopped there for a couple burgers because it was late. We haven't had McDonald's in years and I thought it might be ok. Boy was I wrong! Began eating my double quarter pounder with cheese and Big Mac sauce in the dark and noticed something wasn't right so I turned on the light and found out one pattie was past due and the other was raw! By morning I wasn't feeling well. Never will I do that again. This is not real food and not done very well at all.

this is the NASTYS mcdonalds ive ever seen. me and my boyfriend went in there to eat and two other people came in behind us and the dude came up saying the lobby was closed and was being so mean. and it was AWFUL in there. I mean the reason they had the lobby closed was probably bc they didn’t feel like cleaning up. Like it was really bad. I stepped on some food walking in there. There was food all in the lobby and seating area and don’t even get me started on the kitchen. - don’t ever go here. And im pretty sure it was the manager who talked to us like that he said don’t come thru my drive thru bc the man behind got an attitude with him for being rude. They closed the lobby because they didn’t feel like cleaning up.

As a McDonald’s enthusiast and a worker in corporate Chick-fil-A, I had a horrible experience. The McDonald’s worker was rude from the beginning. At the drive through window I tried to give her my code and she shrieked “PULL UP TO THE WINDOW”. I was left in shock. How could an employee yell at a loyal customer? When I pulled up to the window, she immediately slammed the sliding window. I was left in disbelief at her inappropriate behavior. When I asked her if I could trade my black sweater for her pink McDonald’s sweater she nearly slapped across the face. Again I was left in awe. Finally she handed me my McDonald’s food bag. And guess what? Do you think she gave me the right or wrong order. GUESS WHAT? She forgot my dang deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. And I couldn’t even ask for a refund because the line was too long, and I already waited more than 30 minutes to get my food in the first place. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Love the new $5 Meal! Got the Double Cheeseburger and sweet and sour for the Nuggies! Yum! This particular location is still dealing with the effects of Hurricane Helene and was able to offer canned coke as an option. I applaud them and sincerely thank them for being open! I'm traveling through after volunteering and was grateful to have them up and running again. I know this helps give the community a sense of normalcy and they greatly appreciate all of you 🙏

Every time I've ordered, the food has either been cold, stale, or just acceptable. The service is next to none existent; the managers are depressing to talk to and no one seems to gaf. Most recently I had a mobile order cancelled because it switched to a lunch menu even though I made the order 25 minutes before the switch. I made a lunch order after the breakfast was cancelled, and it was wrong twice. They also are not kept in stock of their cup sizes.
