I came inside and it took about 5 minutes for the woman behind the counter to notice that I had walked in, when she noticed me she snapped at me and said you cannot be in here, we are only serving drive through. With no sign. Then proceeded to 6, (and counting) cars to drive by me. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your money here.

We got into Asheville from a flight around 1:30 am, and there are not a lot of quick, drive-through options open at this time. I found this 24-hour McDonald's, which was a 7-minute drive from the airport. We ordered ahead on the app, pulled up to the drive-through speaker and let them know we had an online order, and got our food within a few minutes. I ordered the McDouble meal deal with an orange Hi-C. The food was good, they made my McDouble correctly (no pickles, no mustard) and it was quick. It's all I could ever ask for, and I was very grateful to be able to eat my dinner at that unusual time!

I only had a hundred dollar bill, Bojangles had already sent me away and I was so hungry- I was nervous yall would turn me away too but your employee treated me so kindly, I don’t have family so holidays are hard. I just left there about 15 minutes ago my order was wrong and I was trying to let them know what was happening. I originally ordered a large fry but got a medium instead so why should I have to pay for a large if that’s what I ordered, the manager was rude and wasn’t listening. The fries are cold. So I won’t be going back any time soon

This service is horrible they handed out my food too the wrong people while my door dasher telling them he never received the food they refused too remake my order then when I called they played on the phone saying Buncombe county police department
The Hispanic ladies that work there are extremely rude, and do not tend to any needs. They will blatantly ignore you, and leave you standing for 10 minutes just for a pack of mayonnaise.

Don’t go here, you won’t get the food you paid for instead they’ll give you something less than half the cost & say you can’t be refunded for items you can’t receive. Employees will then complain when you call asking for an explanation saying “this is why we don’t answer the phones here”
