My wife and I ate there Monday the 5th of January and she got food poisoning I just had something else than a big Mac which she had, her doctor said it was most likely bad meat she was sick for three days we will never eat it that place again.

Although the lady who handed me my food was nice, and the location was nice and clean, my food was a fail. It was not fresh at all, and everyone knows McDonald's fries any way other than fresh are terrible. I never eat McDonald's unless it is moment of craving or stopping in while on the road, this time I was on the road but nevertheless fresh food would have been nice.

I would not recommend this site. I recently visited twice. The Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffins' were cold and hard. They were obviously made hours before I arrived. There was no staff available to take orders. We had to get back in the car and go through the drive-thru. There were numerous homeless people inside and out. Something needs to change at this site. At one time it was nice, clean with friendly staff. Not now.

I went to this McDonald’s at 1 am on 12/29/25 and the service was absolutely horrid the lady that was running the window was out of her mind she was even eating at the drive thru window while working which I took multiple pictures of and should send to steritech because the manager Andrew was allowing it! They pulled me forward and I waited until 1:45 for my order to which was then cold when they gave me it so back at the window I wanted a refund they refused and called the police. They said I have to come back when the general manager is in for any help these people should be fired for the service they are putting out. And I have lived by this McDonald’s for 7 years this woman is an issue every time she works. Andrew gave his name to the police for me the women on the other had refused she was an old lady.

Very rude, no customer service what so ever. Then when I get to the window she asks me what did you order. Its 5am I'm the only one here? Avoid this place at all costs!!

The only McDonald's I ever have an issue with requesting to purchase an extra side of breakfast sauce with my bagel. It seems to fall under what employees take the order. Sometimes it's allowed others it is not. I'll just stick with Airport Rd for my breakfast moving forward. It's funny that you may purchase any other sauce except that one.
