I ordered my usual tonight. Expected no problems. Forgot the red pepper. No problem, I’ll call them. After eating on hold ten minutes, local person picks up “we’re not accepting new orders”. Hangs up. Ok. Calls back. Wait ten minutes again. I say “wait wait wait, I already have an order. It’s not out for delivery yet. I just need to add red pepper”. Outstanding customer service! We had a minor issue with our order, and the new manager, Stephanie, handled it quickly and with a smile. She completely resolved everything with so much kindness and efficiency. Because of her, Pizza Hut has our loyal business
If you haven't had a pizza from Pizza Hut, Miami Circle lately, it's time that you do! Jake is the most recent manger and cook to have joined their team. He works 7 days a week, so he will most likely be the one to make your pizza.🍕 Jack's pizzas are amazingly delicious!
