The food is also such high quality, and you can tell they pride themselves on how fresh everything is. “The restaurant was nice & clean. The food was delicious ? the staff very lovely and if I wish had service that good Everytime I go out. I'm only leaving 4 stars because of them being a bit steep with prices. Not all menu item prices are bad.. but 13 for 3 scallions and a pinch of arugula is outlandish. But the food was flavorful and the staff was exquisiteness WONDERFUL.“

“Calling all spice lovers - come here. Gan Shan is the perfect level of spice and flavor. They have mastered the art hot and numbing like no other. The Mapo Doufu, while a unique, is my go-to. I dream of this dish. And the honey sauce that comes with the Japanese Fries? *chefs kiss*“

“Fantastic!! Waiter was Cassidy he was very nice and welcoming with great knowledge of the menu, this was our first time there and was so relieved to find a great noodle stop as we have tried others and were highly disappointed but not here. We got the dynamite shrimp , so creamy and just a hint of heat, we got the kids ramen so next extra stuff just the noodles and broth and those had great flavor they approved!! I got the deluxe ramen with the black garlic oil and pork belly so bold and smooth, and we got the spicy ramen which had a great heat level and my husband loved. Over all great food worth the price which wasn’t super high , nice environment with great music choice would highly recommend!!!! Thanks again Cassidy“

“I hate paying $14 for a bowl of Ramon but their deluxe Ramen is well worth it. I also like splitting the Edo buns as an appetizer. Both come with pork that has been cooking all day marinating or something because it’s super tasty and tender. Nice wait staff and good atmosphere. My only beef is I asked my wife to stop getting the green tea for $3.50 it’s literally one tea packet in hot water, nothing special or genuine.“
