“Great service, and those shrimp wonton appetizers are to die for! Right amount of spice when enjoying a delicious dark beer I had the Pisgah Peanut Butter Nitro! We enjoy the atmosphere and the service provided. Not a heavy crowd this day, so a little quieter than usual. The bathroom is clean and stocked.“
“Had it delivered by door dash. Guy was super informing and wanted me to know he was getting it ready to deliver. Food was a little cool but I got everything I wanted. I didn’t want to go out cause I figured it would be so busy on a Saturday before Easter.“

The Thursday night trivia event is fantastic, with well-paced rounds and questions catering to all levels of knowledge. They have a pool table with great rails, and the bartenders are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The drink prices are reasonable, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. “I decided to order some food from here and try out something new. I'm so glad that I did. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the wings were. The breading was perfect. “Food is always fantastic. We don't do the bar scene there much but I pop in and grab a to go order sometimes up to 3 days a week. Amazing appetizers, their sandwiches are huge, the bacon wrapped hotdogs are the sh!t, and their lava cake is OMG. Bartender is super sweet and always great about making sure your to go orders have everything you need. Atmosphere is cute. Everything you'd expect for your local friendly biker bar. Good music, pool tables, darts, and awesome people. Plus Wednesdays you can bring your dog. What is better than that at a bar.“
“Definitely not what people think of when they think of Asheville's outstanding food scene. But then again, that's not its purpose. Instead, you get decent bar food and friendly service. One of us enjoyed his fish and chips. Two others ordered flatbread pizzas. Both were sent back, because one was room temperature, while the other was colder still. The server (not her fault) was bend-over-backwards apologetic and arranged not for just a warm-up, but for completely new pizzas, and then, without our asking, comped those two dishes. As others have pointed out, the place had a good draft selection, as well. Were it not for our server's efforts, I'd have given this place three stars.“
“Nice place to chill and enjoy a band. They have bowling lanes!! Lots of people were bowling, playing pool, video games, lots of cool table games. Drink prices are kinda high. $8-9 for a beer is rough. But, you pay for the ambience I suppose.“
“Applebeen's seems to always be the brunt of jokes (due to it's ubiquitousness) but my experience at nearly every location has always been positive. Today at the Hendersonville location the restaurant was busy but everyone from the manager on down was on the "A Game". Food was pretty good too!“
“Great food and drink, quick service and short wait time for food. Busy Friday night and had no problem as a walk in ordering a dinner to go, had a beer..20 minutes later my meal was paid for and I was out the door. Just amazing....update...new management, price uptick, otherwise pretty much the same.“
“Sat at the bar. Great service even though the place was jammed for the Michigan Ohio game. Flatbread was excellent. Sushi ok. I'll try a specialty roll next time. Update March 2024. Went back, several times now. Specialty sushi rolls are as good as any I've had while traveling. Both flatbreads are plenty for two unless you are really hungry. It's an hour away from my house but it's worth it.“
