Employees Corinne and Jedo were very rude with attitudes . Threw the straw at me!! Closes the coffee down at 830 when they close at 9... Hassled me

It’s the day after Christmas and my family and I stopped by here today. My cousin and my daughter are sick as dog from drinking a beverage from this location. My daughter ordered a mocha frap and my cousin ordered a Carmel macchiato. There both curled up with stomach pain. To make it worse we ordered a Cold brew in a Trenta size….. and they charged us for the trenta price but gave us a grande size. There was so much room left that I didn’t ask for. I knew it was wrong and the drive thru guy said it was right. My dad was upset when I gave it to him because it was wrong. This experience was disappointing mainly due to the actual product and the customer service. Now we’re on vacation and two people are sick with the same symptoms….

Ordered a big coffee and a sandwich that was supposed to have turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese on it. Not only did it NOT have turkey, it only had one slice of pathetic undercooked bacon. Y’all didn’t deserve the tip, this was a joke for $14

An employee had the audacity to say they’d rather customers come inside to pick up a big order b/c it’s not ideal to hand them through the window. That doesn’t make any sense. I am picking up a big order by myself and would have had to make multiple trips and they also do not have parking spots at the entrance. It seemed very easy for them to hand the drinks to me through the window.
