Chick-fil-A provides a good experience with gluten-free buns available for sandwiches. However, there was an incident of unprofessional behavior from the manager towards customers. On the positive side, the staff at the restaurant located near Spectrum Center were wonderful and accommodating, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Some amenities were lacking, but overall not a deal-breaker. The bathrooms may need some updating, especially for ADA accessibility. Despite some issues, the restaurant is still recommended for its convenient location and friendly staff.
