Cookout used to be 5 stars but recently the customer service and food has really gone south. French fries and Hush Puppies were always fresh and hot but lately the fries are soggy and Hush Puppies over done. Overall very disappointing with the lack of consideration for the customer. Time for management to re-train or fire some of their employees.

Everyone in NC loves their local Cookout so it pains me to edit my review down to three stars. On my last two visits they have forgotten to put all of the food in the bag, and yes, it was on the receipt. (There is also not really a place to pull over and check your bag either with the way the drive-thru is setup.) I can understand once, but twice, in a row. =[
