The food is amazing when you get what you actually order. When you get to a point you have to call multiple times the person on the other side of the phone will have the audacity to tell you to check your food before you leave the drive through and they shouldnt have to replace it with the coupons they mail you... ..if you ask what i want and mess it up 75% of the time, and you want me to check it, I might as well be getting part of their paychecks right? Cook Out offers good burgers and chicken strips, and the food is generally fresh and delicious, with hush puppies being a popular item. The restaurant provides quick service and has reasonable prices. The inside is fairly clean, and the barbecue with coleslaw is yummy. While the fries and onion rings are only average, adding Cajun season to your fries or grilled chicken is recommended. The atmosphere is somewhat lacking, with a cold temperature, and there can be a long wait in line. There are no vegetarian options.
