“This was our second visit to Magnolia 23. Both experiences have been excellent. First time we ordered chicken and dumplings they are best I’ve ever had! Today I tried country style steak wife ordered fried chicken both very good but I prefer the dumplings better then my grandma’s. Sides are always delicious collards and best potato salad in NC Desserts blackberry cobbler and persimmon pudding Excellent. Don the owner takes time to visit with his guests and treats everyone like family We travel from Hickory to Chapel Hill frequently In the future we will stop here for our lunch.“
