Hotel is very nice , until you get to the food and bar inside. The heavy set lady bartender was extremely rude. She took our money and then try to kick you out the bar. She told us we need to get the **** out. 20$ tip wasn't good enough for her. If they hire a new bartender they would make a lot more money. Tonight she refused to serve my family of 12 food. So we sat right next to them in the lobby and ate Pizza Hut. All is well. We won't even come back to the hotel because of this.

Got the Loaded Tots. Menu said they were "smothered in cheese." They were not. The little bit of cheese was on the bottom of the tots. The other ingredients were ok.

I enjoyed my stay here. I have no complaints. The moment I checked in I received excellent service. My room was cleaned everyday and the front desk service was excellent as well. Everyone was just so pleasant and kind. The was ok but you have other options so it don’t bother me. Great selection at the bar. Victoria was down to earth and so welcoming. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel and ate and drank at the 435 Grille almost every night. We had wonderful meals and drinks and Austin ROCKED! High recommend!

We were staying at the Holiday Inn and did not have time to find a restaurant. The default was the hotel - 432 Grill. We ordered a simple salad and pizza - wow! The salad was beautifully prepared and the thin crust pizza was delicious. We were so impressed, we ordered the brownie dessert which was made with the same care as everything else. Not to mention that the wines ( both red and white by the glass) were top notch selections and reasonably priced. We could not have been happier and will sleep well tonight. Thank you to the staff who did a super job.

Just an average little place in a hotel to get something in real quick or sit down for a minute nothing spectacular. Service was probably the best atmosphere is just sit back and whoever you're sitting with for conversation. Staff were the best
