Amanda and her team were absolutely incredible. We are all from New Orleans and are very picky when it comes to food and flavor, and she exceeded every expectation. On top of that, both my husband and I have dairy allergies, which she navigated seamlessly without sacrificing taste or creativity.

She perfectly captured classic New Orleans cuisine while adding her own unique twist. The food was outstanding and received endless compliments from our guests.

My husband and I got married on October 17, 2025. We got married outside of Asheville and love working with Amanda. She was so considerate of my dietary restrictions! The food was delicious and she was creative with the menu. She is very friendly and responsive to messages. We highly recommend her!
