I ordered a vinyl for my newly released album. And when I received it the image on the vinyl jacket were blurry to the point of not being able to read the words on the jacket. When I called to speak to someone to get this fixed, I was met with a woman named Izzy Nelson that had already a poor attitude on the phone.
