No clue what's happened with this place. Maybe it changed owners or lost all their real chefs. It's sweet of them to offer free buffet on your birthday, but that's unfortunately the only day you'll get your money's worth. All the food now is mediocre at best. Avoid at all costs - unless it's your birthday.
The meals and dishes were all very good, my kids loved it! Myself personally felt it was all very old tasting. We came at 4pm, before any sort of rush, so that probably effected our experience. I'd go back, and probably prefer some turning over of the items we tried.

Best Chinese buffet Iâve ever been to. We traveled from Abingdon, VA and will definitely be back to eat here every time we are in Asheville. Everything was clean, fresh, hot and plentiful. Waitstaff kept up with removing dirty plates and keeping drinks full. And the price was fantastic. Iâd travel the 2 hours when I get a hankering for good Chinese!!!
