Bargello was a nice surprise. Located in the Arris (Kimpton Hotel) in downtown Asheville (close to everything Asheville) is the place to go for brunch on Sunday morning. The eclectic menu had just what everyone in our party wanted for brunch. From the classic Cubano, to a delicious take on Eggs Benedict, to Avacado toast and sumptuous French toast, everthing was delicious and the service was superb. Asheville has plenty of brunch options, and this option delivered.

A spur of the moment decision to try Bargello turned out to be a great decision. This restaurant located in the lobby of the Kimpton Hotel is lovely. My sister and I thought the beet starter was the best beets that we have had in 48 states! The duck breast was delicous. The corvina was cooked perfectly with delicious sun dried tomatoes, vegetable brodo and pistou. The manager stepped in and served us. We enjoyed our coversation with her, the hostess and the one of the chefs. Enjoy!

Went for Saturday brunch. The service was outstanding; the waiter was a good listener and very helpful. The garden omelette was excellent. I found the breakfast potatoes overcooked, my only complaint about the food. The cranberry mimosa was also terrific. I will definitely return on my next visit to Asheville.

This exquisite restaurant was housed inside the main floor of the Kimpton Hotel Arras. You'll notice the exciting, open flames surrounding the entrance to stand it apart. It was spacious and cozy inside with the perfect elegant vibe that we were searching for. There was not an issue making reservations on a Saturday night the morning of. Parking was tricky at first. However, for $6, we parked across the street in the parking garage for the AC Hotel by Mariott, which was a short walk to the restaurant. We each enjoyed the Porto Mule Cocktail, which was delicious. Especially the currant garnish to top off the tasty flavors. We ordered two pasta dishes; the CAMPANELLE CARBONARA and the SHORT RIB RIGATONI. We loved both dishes immensely. Carbonara is an all-time favorite for my wife & I. Adding chicken was a great choice. The creamy, savory notes were absolutely unforgettable. The Short Rib Rigatoni was suggested by the server, and it was definitely worth a try. Imagine a crockpot of beef stew on a chilly night -- but tossed with savory, house-made pasta to tie it all together with a nice bow. ?Great service, great vibes, cozy & tasty. We would recommend if there is something on their unique menu that especially catches your eye.Cheers!

Some inventive dishes of high quality and unique textures and tastes-even by Asheville standards! Menu seemed a bit shallow tho it did have typical chicken, vegetarian, beef and seafood. Ambience was clean and highly energetic but not too noisy. I would have down-rated Value but it is in line with AVL food costs.

Surprisingly lovely dinner for Valentine's. Appreciated two choices for each course of the prix fixe meal. Service was attentive and each course was generous and tasty. Enjoyed the cellist playing live songs and we of course danced on our way out.

This is located in Kimpton Arras hotel. Although their breakfast was fresh, it wasn’t worth the money knowing that there are other breakfast/brunch in downtown Asheville to go to aside from this place.French Toast - it doesn’t not give you that french toast taste - Think not enough egg to milk ratio for the french toast - so it tastes like a mild french toast.Bacon - Personal opinion its is the cheap bacon.Sausage - A little overcookedPotatoes - The best thing I probably had aside from the eggsEggs - cooked wellOverall, I would not revisit at least for breakfast.

The service was good, however after viewing the website we were looking forward to homemade pasta with vibrant flavors. Our dishes were quite disappointing, dull, and lacking anything interesting.
