Bargello was one of the highlights of our visit to Asheville. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and overall dining experience.

Everything was just right.
I overlooked that this restaurant is located inside a hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. It was a bit pricey for the portions, but I will say, the handmade fresh pasta was tasty. And, it was one of the few pestos where I didn't have to add acid (lemon juice) to make the dish pop. I wish the entry into the restaurant was a bit more clearly marked. We couldn't tell if that was the hotel's generic restaurant, or Bargello, until we spotted a stack of menus which said Bargello.
