Biscuit Head Reviews
I heard about Biscuit Head about a month ago, through a Facebook ad. We were in Asheville to visit Biltmore after Christmas, and visited Biscuit Head on Biltmore Ave twice in two days! The whole staff was so friendly, and the vibe in the restaurant is so fun!! Everything we had both days was fantastic! I ordered the Mimosa fried chicken biscuit both days, and the biscuit donuts, as well! I had to keep apologizing to my family because I was making too many “yum” noises....read full review
This place was a major disappointment for what is posted on their social media. Our order was wrong which first blamed on no internet and then that the cashier didn't hear I wanted an egg, after he asked how I wanted it. Then waited approximate 20 minutes for an egg. Now I'll wait to see if my tip is refunded. Such a let down after a great time in Asheville. On the bright side there are plenty more places to eat breakfast in town.
First time and last time visitor!!! My friend ordered a basic sandwich: sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. The biscuit was raw in the middle and the whole sandwich was cold. I ordered a larger entree, Fried Green Tomato biscuit. The whole entree was cold. Ordered their fresh squeezed orange juice and there was nothing FRESH squeezed about it. I wish I could give...read full review

Biscuit Head is a popular breakfast spot known for its fantastic jams, thick-cut bacon, and accommodating dietary restrictions. The restaurant offers a unique jam bar and serves delicious biscuits, including gluten-free and vegan options. The restaurant has acquired a lofty reputation since it opened more than a decade ago. It gets busy and loud, so it's best to visit during off-peak hours.
Customers praise the wide variety of house-made jams, which can be mixed and matched at the jam bar. The raspberry, peach rosemary, and mango chili jams are particularly popular. The restaurant is spacious, with indoor and outdoor seating options, making it a great choice for both small and large groups.
The menu is great, with options ranging from a simple biscuit with toppings to a gut-busting breakfast platter. The biscuits are good, though they may not hold together well in a sandwich. The Korean fried chicken biscuit, with its fusion of Asian and Southern flavors, is a standout dish. Customers also enjoy the jalapeño hot sauce and the fried green tomatoes.
