Nice vibe and great cocktails
Stumbled upon this little hidden gem while visiting from Atlanta and I’m so glad I did! Vibes are sultry, funky, and inviting for a solo traveler but would also be a great spot for a date night or girls’ night. The bartender, Rich, was an excellent host and mixed up some of the best martinis I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to visitors and locals alike!
I wish I were a local, this place was great. Got a few different cocktails and they were all delicious. The menu showed some weird combos that idve never thought of, and they did not disappoint. Bartender was really efficient and cared a lot about making a good product. Will recommend this spot to anyone I know visiting the area

The Low Down is a unique and stunning bar with a fun atmosphere and cozy seating. It offers a great selection of amazing drinks, with bartenders described as friendly and attentive. This cool speakeasy in West Asheville features a dim room with fantastic accent lighting and gold tones on black. The art deco and alternative mid century vibe is unique. The menu is fantastic and the bar talent is strong, handcrafting the most beautiful and well-crafted cocktails, including the best espresso martini in town. Cozy place with shuffle board and other board games; stay a while!
