This café provides great food, prices, and their counter-service staff are nice. Had a chicken and poached egg biscuit. Both those elements were a little overcooked and dry, so overall the meal was just ok. Staff was friendly and vibe was laid back. Enjoyed my mimosa. The biscuits were large and fluffy, and the jam bar had a nice variety of tasty jams.
Biscuit Head has acquired a lofty reputation since it opened its doors more than a decade ago, and it was only a matter of time before we ended up here to see if it lived up to the hype. One drawback to said reputation: it gets busy, and it gets loud. Best try to catch them during an off-peak hour and hope that you can snag an open table.
