I love this truck. Everything I've tried has been incredible. The meatloaf sandwich is the best I've ever had and yesterday I tried their pulled pork sandwich. Omg. It has crusted pimento cheese and candied jalapeños. It was perfect. I thought about taking a picture but I didn't want to put it down. Go try it.

One of the best food trucks in Asheville! Delicious comfort meals, great service, and reasonable prices. I would trade my first born child for the Pork Pimento Melt. The owners also fed our entire neighborhood after Hurricane Helene - good food served up by good people! You love to see it. Go eat!
