It was a very warm evening but inside the wonderful dining room, it was perfect . Nikki our server was very attentive and removed the crab leg remnants from our table as we were chewing the last bites. Our table by the window offered a great view of the property and spa below. We happened to see some friends we had not seen in quite awhile and were able to catch up. A great evening!

The buffet at the blue ridge used to be one of the highlights of our stay at the Grove Park, but this trip it was a little disappointing and was just OK. The service and view was as always impeccable, but the food not so much. Biscuits were hard, no southern grits, no sourdough bread, selection of pastries was limited. Perhaps it was a weekday (Thursday ) and is better on the weekend.

We have been to the Sunday Brunch many times. It has always been great. This time was a little disappointing as the selection of foods were not as plentiful as they usually are. The oysters not as fresh as usual. It was okay but not up to Grove Park standards.

We went for the Sunday Brunch and everything was excellent. The food was replenished continuously and was fresh. The variety was great, however, the vegetables were limited other than some salad choices. We did find asparagus but that had olives in the dish also. It was all good and I didn't find anything I didn't like. Definitely will return again.
The food was good but the service was horrible! We waited probably 10 minutes before anyone even came over to get our drink order. Then it was 15 more minutes before we received our drink. The table was so sticky and when we sat down we asked the waiter to please have it wiped off and he said he would get right on it. We ate and left and it NEVER got wiped off. Dirty plates sit on the table while we refilled our food and we had to hunt someone down and ask for more drink. I would probably be more ok with it if we were at a cheap restaurant but paying $63 a person, it is not acceptable. Won't be back!!

We keep going back for the Friday Seafood buffet. We appreciate the kids buffet price and there is something for everyone! My son loves the steamed crab legs. There were a variety of other hot, fresh seafood options as well as a several seasonal salads and sides. Great service and beautiful views!

I was just here and upon arrival. I was greeted with no greeting!!!! All the host were talking and on their phones and one had seen me and gave me obnoxious attitude. She gave us a half ass tour!!! She was continuously looking on her phone while informing us about the buffet! She stopped to send a text!!!! Outrageous. As I am browsing my selection, I see that exact same host grabbing food with her hands!!! Stuffing it into her mouth! As much as I paid for this buffet experience It is unbearable and unprofessional that I have to witness an employee eating and acting this way. I recommend the food however not the experience. Do better Blue Ridge.
