Once again! This store has issues. Long line taking forever, then they can't get the orders straight. Two of us are asked to wait while they get our order straight and then when I get out of my car to go see what's going on two employees come out each with one bag in their hand and one is handed to me and I said, is this an egg biscuit and the other employee grabbed it out of my hand and said, no this is and handed me the other bag. It was the attitude that was the problem. You all can't get your crap together but you're going to take it out on the customer who was handed the wrong meal in the first place not once, but twice!

I wanted to dine inside of this location, but the LAZY employees have the dining room closed, and made it drive thru only! There's no excuse for you to have the dining room closed! People want to be able to eat their food inside if they want.

Chicken is not cooked right. It seemed overcooked and old. Only drive thru open so either something is wrong inside or they're being lazy. Probably a location that is overlooked by corporate because it's in a bad area and they're lucky to have it open without multiple issues so they leave it be.

The best fried chicken to have in the morning is Bojangles! Summer stay and visitors, please also include Soho nail salon to your list so you don't miss out the massages. The Soho nail salon is wide open all summer and not busy so stay longer!
It's a young black lady working at the window. It's always sweet and nice whoever is making the food. It's not the way I order it. And the fries are not seasoned that's why people love coming to you guys. Your chicken is good and for the seasoned fries, do better

Drivethrough was fast, so I thought I'd get hot fresh food since it was a long line but moving steady! But.. fries were hot and STALE. Yikes. Chicken tendies were hot and Fresh, however. I asked for extra sauce and was charged but only got the one. Anyways.. thats the truth folks. Otherwise. Friendly window employees and cashier. :)

Full staff compared to other Bojangles. Sat in line 30 minutes then told to pull up after paying. Sat and waited some more. Not everything was in the bag. Don't go because you can't get the rest of your stuff due to the doors being locked and only drive-thru.
Dining room was closed and only had drive thru!! Thats a fast way to lose money and business if people can’t go in to sit and eat!!!
