Whoever is working in the morning as manager has a major attitude problem.I’ve literally worked at bojangles before so I know how the restaurant works ??I ordered on doordash & CALLED THEM TO ASK TO MAKE MY LARGE BO ROUNDS FRESH & EXTRA CRISPY.. which to any other normal person working at a bojangles would mean they need to wait til the doordash person gets there THEN drop the order of hash browns.. when I tell you these were the COLDEST & most stale bo rounds I’ve had in my LIFE!!!They were inedible.I called to let the manager know that they were first of all THE WRONG SIZE but also COLD & EXTREMELY STALE & I could tell they were not extra crispy cause one of the borounds was literally still frozen on the inside.The manager interrupted me several times saying she “dropped the borounds right after the call” so.. you dropped hash browns 15 mins before the door dash person even got there? Like what? ?THERES ALSO NO WAY THESE WERE MADE 15 mins before, these tasted like they had been sitting for an hour or more.MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!

They don't refrigerate there coffee creamer it contains milk. at night they keep it out for days . And I realized that is what has been getting me sick.

I just got the worst food from here.I order a Cajun fillet with Bo rounds and Pepsi and they made me and four other cars pull over to the side for “fresh Bo Rounds” I had to wait for 5 minutes and when I got them they were cold, like why am I even waiting extra time it’s actually insane. They gave me a completely flat Pepsi, like undrinkable and of course no straw. The biscuit was falling apart as well, so literally everything was just bad and again I had to wait extra time for all this lol and if they get your order wrong they don’t allow people inside, it’s drive thru only, so if you want to get it fixed you will have to wait through the entire line again.

I visited this place and those guys there told me that the dining room was closed because of some random reason. I hate when they don’t want to open their doors and leave them locked up. Believe me these people don’t want to work. If I was the manager there I would have reopened the restaurant and hired people to work there and help with everything.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent visit to the Bojangles restaurant located at 1360 Tunnel Rd in Asheville, NC.This morning, I purchased an egg and biscuit from your establishment, looking forward to enjoying a delicious breakfast. However, my experience quickly turned into a distressing one. Upon taking a bite, I noticed an extremely rough and abrasive texture while swallowing. Alarmed, I immediately spit out the remaining food from my mouth and made a startling discovery - there was a steel sponge-like substance embedded within the biscuit.I cannot emphasize enough how shocked and disgusted I was by this discovery. Finding a foreign object of this nature in my food is not only unsanitary but also poses a serious health risk. This incident has left me deeply concerned about the quality and safety of the food being served at this Bojangles location.I believe that such incidents should never occur at any reputable restaurant, let alone a well-known chain like Bojangles. As a loyal customer, I have always expected a high level of quality and cleanliness from your establishment. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered that trust.I kindly request that this matter be investigated promptly and thoroughly. I also urge you to take immediate corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Food safety and customer satisfaction should be top priorities for any dining establishment.I hope that my feedback will help improve the overall quality control and customer experience at the Bojangles on 1360 Tunnel Rd. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you plan to take to address this issue.

Dirty, out dated. Indoor dining shut down to mold. And they still have employees working in the mold environment. Doesn't say much for the company. Just the $$$. No AC for the staff. They are sweating all over the food. Eat somewhere else. Protect your health!!!!

We were on our way back from vacation. Stopped at one around Bristol Speedway. The chicken fingers were good, but the fries we thought were a little over seasoned.

the past few times i’ve went the tenders are over cooked, the fries never have extra seasoning like I ask and the fires have been sitting under the light for 3 hours and are tough to eat. they give you extra tenders to make up for the lack of quality of food.
