Bad customer service. Went there a few times to try & hope it gets better, people are rude & close early. When passing through 1 hour before closing time people literally walked past the window & then an when they saw me so they don't have to make the order I'm assuming. 9/26 - 9:15pm multiple people standing doing nothing in the kitchen area. Doubt I'll be back

Couldn’t get food if I wanted it. Robot at the drive through works sometimes, others it just sits there like a robot. Some kind of new crack head working the window at night who opens it with glossy eyes to let you know they have nothing prepared. Which I wasn’t surprised about after seeing him. Ended up going to Arby’s and was served food in a timely manner and it was super good! I recommend going next door to the Arby’s if you’re thinking about going to this location. The girl in the drive thru with glasses is pretty much the only thing this location has left going for it. She’s extremely nice and attentive. Unfortunately that’s not enough to keep me coming back to spend my money and as someone who literally lives next door I will not be visiting this location until it finds new management.

The cruddy AI robot in the drive thru should be programmed to tell you it’s going to take right under 30 minutes to get two sandwiches and a thing of Bo rounds even though aren’t really any cars in the drive thru. This location is not worth going to. The girl at the drive thru window with the glasses is always nice though.

Very slow service. Myself and another lady left because of the wait. If you need to grab lunch and get back to work this is not the place to go.

old location had better service, atmosphere and food. this new location has gotten my order wrong the past 3 times I’ve been here, and always has dry chicken, cold biscuits, and terrible wait times. This place is a mess

Normally this location is wonderful, but lately, how things have taken a dive. When you order food and you don't have it on the menu anymore, You need to let the customer know. Instead of telling me they didn't have pimento cheese anymore. They just Slapped a piece of sliced cheese on the biscuits. Asked for sausage patty's for the berry biscuits, didnt't get them, asked for butter didn't get it. Then when I call, FREDDY LET ME KNOW I WAS RAMBLING AND HE DIDNT HEAR EVERYTHING TYPICAL RUDE NON CARING FAST FOOD WORKER. GET IT BACK TOGETHER BOJANGLES. I WON'T BE BACK!

Until someone changes the management and re-trains the staff, this location will perform poorly. We were traveling through and stopped for dinner. The cashier was poorly trained & had a bit of an attitude . The manager came over because the cashier was struggling. Food took over 12 minutes to get and another family had been waiting even longer for their food.
The manager came over to my husband and the other family and made excuses for what was going on then said, “It’s a lot harder to find good help at night. The day is not any issue but the nights are tough.” We were appalled with the fact that he said that! He threw his people under the bus (even if he thought it, he shouldn't say it out loud). It’s a training issue. At the peak of everything going on, the manager stepped out of the restaurant for a few minutes, leaving his staff to fend for themselves. He left a sinking ship.
The food was old and overcooked.

I hate to see a place not do well. I hope they can get it together before they lose all of their business.
