TL;DR - big on flavor, weak on vegetables
I like Botiwalla just fine, but I always come away feeling like I did not get my money's worth. The Tikka Chicken bowl comes with what is essentially 3ish chicken tenderloins, approximately 1.5 cups of rice, and 3 Roma tomatoes, for $13. The wrap is similar, but has some slaw. The smashed potatoes are good, but not healthy. The fried okra is good, but again, not super healthy. Their vegetarian dishes have more veggies, but I still end up feeling like I'm paying a lot for rice and yogurt, or cashews and shaved carrots. As an omnivore, I feel like a $13 plate that is at least half-rice could also include a serving of vegetables -- especially when it's $15 to go eat at an entire buffet instead. They do have awesome drinks (the iced Chai is phenomenal), but it's become a restaurant I only want to go to if someone else is paying.

Our party - one adult and two middle-schoolers - all FREAKED OUT over how great everything was (six different items). Hard to imagine that there are any duds on the menu. Only negative might be that I'd imagine ordering isn't that efficient when crowded (we were there around 3:00 on Easter Sunday, however). Cool place, fun decor, fresh ingredients, and fabulous food! Only wish there were a location near us in N. Virginia...

They don’t take orders to-go over the phone so if you’re driving you have to risk your life in order to place an order. Very aggravating. I HATE THIS.
