Best place to eat and chill. Staff are ultra cool. They play the best chill music. I have only amazing things to say. Everyone should come here.

I’ve had a number of things here, but the vegan breakfast burrito is my favorite in Asheville, especially if you add their homemade plant sausage. I’ve also really enjoyed their tempeh pesto sandwich. I wish they were open more, and a bit closer to my house, because I’d go all the time. The owner is really friendly and kind. The order ahead option is reliable for a pickup option. Go give the vegan breakfast burrito a try!
It's inside the college. They serve all great vegetarian menu. My Tempeh Sandwich was amazing and my Coffelatte so great.

My wife is vegan and I am not, so we often have a hard time finding places that we can both eat at and enjoy. I am very happy to say that Bridge & Tunnel is now one of those places.
We get coffee from their truck at the Asheville markets all the time, but if you want a great breakfast then stopping by AB Tech for their full menu is well worth it. We had two outstanding breakfast sandwiches and genuinely one of the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time (with real maple syrup!). I am a big fan of the coconut bacon as well. We will be back soon!

1) Excellent vegan options - the breakfast sandwich was particularly good. 2) They make a solid decaf oat-milk latte. 3) Friendly service. 3) Evocative student art on the walls. 4) If you go on Friday, there are no classes, so parking is easy, and there is minimal waiting.
Delicious food. My husband and I shared the chickpea cutlet panini and a cafe au lait. The wait was a little long, but the staff were all very friendly and it's understandable given the location. Would highly recommend.

This place is a bit out of the way and is located on a small college campus. We went on a staff development day so there were no classes so there was no line. All the staff were friendly and wanting to know how we found them and how we liked the food. We got the breakfast sandwich and then breakfast burritos to go. The sandwiches were decent, but the tofu was maybe overcooked. It was pretty firm and hard to bite through. The burritos, though, were excellent. We held onto them for about three hours to have on a hike and I have no complaints with them. The coffees were also good!
Very friendly service, clean, parking is an issue

I enjoy coming here. Fully vegetarian menu and everything can be made vegan (and not just as an afterthought...they clearly care about veganism). The food is good and the staff are very friendly. It's located on the campus of AB Tech but don't let that deter you, parking is a breeze. This is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch.
Amazing vegan options and nitro cold brew is the best in Asheville.
A must-visit! Hubs and I had the BBQ Tempeh & Kale Slaw Sandwich on sourdough bread (one with avocado, and one with kraut), and also a chocolate chip muffin, Nitro Cold Brew, and a Matcha Latte’! Everything was absolutely delicious! The young lady who took our order was super-sweet, and Bob, the owner, took time to come to our table and introduce himself! I highly recommend eating here!
My partner and I are so excited for this AMAZING addition to Asheville! We were here this morning and were blown away by the creativity and deliciousness of the bbq tempeh sandwich. We also had a nuts over chocolate smoothie that was the perfect texture and level of sweetness. The muffins were also sooooo good!!! The art on the walls is really cool, the atmosphere felt open and bright, and the staff had some of the best energy we’ve encountered. Their dedication to serving the community healthy and tasty food brightened our spirits more than words can express. Thank you for all the love and devotion you have all put into this awesome cafe!
